Designed by Stewart Cooper Newell Architects, the Simpsonville Fire Station 5 was built by the CloverLeaf Group and was completed in early 2018.

This project is the latest addition to the Simpsonville Fire Department and is a great addition to the community.

Dairy Queen Dacula

Cloverleaf Construction provided construction management and general contractor at-risk service for the very first 3.0 Dairy Queen in the State of Georgia, beautifully design by Bimcube Associates. Architects. This new 3,400 sq. ft of perfection is located in Dacula, GA and marks our 6th project with Dairy Queen.

Dunkin Donuts

For this new construction project CloverLeaf added a Dunkin Donuts franchise to an existing fuel station and convenient store located in Blairsville, Georgia.

Dairy Queen

The CloverLeaf Group was excited to be hired as the construction manager and general contractor at-risk for this Dairy Queen franchise built in 2-1/2 months between the beginning of October to December 2017.
