The CloverLeaf Group was excited to be hired as the construction manager and general contractor at-risk for this Dairy Queen franchise built in 2-1/2 months between the beginning of October to December 2017. This is the third Dairy Queen build for our construction team, and each project has been in collaboration with the franchisee owners, as well as, the corporate architectural and other internal design teams.
Scope of Work: Site work, infrastructure, utilities, ground up construction, demolition, renovation, MEP systems, storefront and signage.
