CloverLeaf built-out this asian style restaurant from a vanilla envelope in a commercial building for a third generation restauranter. The project required interior demolition and renovation of an existing 2,000 Sq. Ft. space featuring an acoustical ceiling tile grid, warm color contrasts, new MEP systems, 2 flat screen displays, a commercial venthood, and walk-in cooler and freezer. Wok's Up puts a new spin on traditional asian cuisine.
Scope of Work: Demolition, permitting, concrete work, interior walls, acoustical ceiling grid, MEP systems, paint, interior finishes.
