The construction consists of an interior renovation of a classroom auditorium. We installed new MEP and fire protection systems, new finishes, new student seating and installed a new elevator for access for ADA requirements. This project is two stories and approximately 4,000 sq ft.
Scope of Work: CM at Risk This project was an active campus of higher education and included full renovation services. It also included installation of a new elevator and shaft.
