The CloverLeaf Group worked closely on this project with Houser Walker Architecture and Koons Environmental Design during the planning and pre-construction phase. The scope of work calls for the newly installed site & civil storm water system; modifications to the existing sanctuary to allow more seating capacity; new multi-purpose and conference rooms, 3 offices, bathrooms; and a new parking lot to the right of the church as shown on the site plan photograph below. Steel Construction by Smith Iron Works of Atlanta and Structural design by Shear Structural + MEP design by Westside Engineering.
Scope of Work: Site & Civil, planning, permitting, structural steel, new slab and ground-up construction.
