What was once a learning institution for elementary-aged students in Milledgeville, known as the Sallie Davis Middle School, has been transformed into a different kind of learning center. Today, it’s known as the Oconee Center Behavioral Health Services.

This project included major renovation of an 19,200 SF existing elementary school which was converted into offices and medical spaces.

Renovation consisted of major interior demolition of existing CMU walls, exterior window, existing ceilings and restrooms. A new roof was installed which included adding shylights, all new electrical wiring and LED light fixtures, new HVAC systems and plumbing through out the building. We add multiple offices, a cafeteria, multiple large restrooms. The finishes throughout the building were updated from refinishing the existing terrazzo floors, new Acoustical Ceilings and new exterior storefront window and Entrances.
