Designed by Stewart Cooper Newell Architects, this 20,800+ square foot new construction includes offices, steel-framed truck housing, a full gym, kitchen and lounge. Cloverleaf broke ground on this project in May of 2022 with an estimated completion date of September 2023. We are excited to see this rendering turn into reality for the City of Mauldin.
Scope of Work: CM at Risk, Planning, Permitting, Value Engineering, Site Work, Infrastructure, Utilities, Ground Up Construction, Equipment and Fixture Package.
