This Grindhouse Killer Burgers restaurant is the third construction project the CloverLeaf Group has completed for the fast growing burger concept based out of Atlanta, Georgia. The 8,000 Sq. Ft. restaurant opened in March of 2018 and is located between Cabbage town and Grant Park along Memorial Drive Southeast near Oakland Cemetery. It features a large, iconic concrete awning with 5 pillars; an elevated dog friendly turf covered patio; shuffleboard court; ping pong table; sliding glass Nana wall doors opening up to the open air patio; 12 TV's; 2 projectors; and a killer sound system.
Scope of Work: Full design build project beginning with permitting, value engineering, site work, infrastructure, utilities, ground-up construction, equipment and fixture package.
