BJ's Produce is the largest producer of hydroponically grown lettuces and herbs in the state of Georgia. BJ's produces food safely without the use of environmentally harmful pesticides and herbicides. Adjacently located Flora Hydroponics is a greenhouse and garden supply company with an additional location in Atlanta, GA. The CloverLeaf Group played a key role in the overall management of these successful projects.
Scope of Work: Concept design, planning, permitting, value engineering, site work, infrastructure, utilities, equipment and fixture package.
